The room was airy and reasonably large with lovely views

The modern amenities were as described. the location was particularly good and magnificent, minutes from a ferry port. - Enjoyed our time here

Huge, unique units provided with a bath tub, huge king size beds plus an excellent view.

No lounge area.

Overall clean and unique place with really good staff at reception desk. Central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Pelican Yacht Harbor. And right by shops and all the restaurants in town, several well-rated dining venues, and Easy to go out the door.

This place is fantastic, clean, with amazing staff from start to finish.

Wi-fi didn't work. Staff unhelpful regarding that issue. No channel guide, no hbo

Nice staff, well located.

Did not care for our particular room. It was a "courtyard room" for which we paid a bit extra. The courtyard was only ok- more of a makeshift roof deck. Our room was back in a dark corner, not really "on" the courtyard. It was loft style, which I did not like - too far down to the sitting area to be of any use, and that area was small and somewhat inhospitable. Bathroom was nice, but, overall the room was okay, at best.

Rooms here are a good size and they are all new. They have a small balcony, big windows, and high ceilings which make them feel spacious and bright. 🌞

The hotel is pet friendly and our two dogs are very well behaved; so Casa Madrona was perfect for us.

My only suggestioned would be to have a few trash cans around the property. We had a lite lunch one afternoon and we didn't want to leave the food boxes in the room so we went hunting for a trash can and could not find one. Maybe one by the court yard and one in the back above the mansion.

The location of the hotel is excellent.

Our room was right at the top, but the lifft does not go all the way up.

Casa Madrona Hotel And Spa is a perfectly clean and small luxury place with competent staff. the room is a nice size and the bed is very clean. - the hotel serves good food and provides very good service. - Public parking nearby is provided.

The room was awesome - very spacious, clean and comforting. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. I am booking another stay here in September.

There is nothing I can complain about on this stay.

The place is gorgeous and impeccably clean. the employees are extremely polite and incredibly nice. - Offers good service and brilliant food. - the location is unbeatable and particularly good. - Close to stores and comfort of rooms and the restaurant.

Friendly staff who were super helpful and always quick to respond. 👍

We loved the exercise to get to the room (but many wouldn't), and the views from the room and communal lounge area (not mentioned during the 'hard-sell'!)

We did not like the (double) hard-sell to upgrade the room to one without the exercise or the historic (Victorian) part of the hotel, for only close to doubling the room rate (+$130)
